oN idea the origin or what the publisher did with that. I found a teachre projector also. A lgiht machine that teacher use on art school. If you put the acetate over the top and turn on the light, you project the image over the wall with the light. Like a movei projector.
The guy had a collection of this acetates. Maybe he didn't like movies he liked see covers projected over his living room wall. He wrote several books on 70's and 80's in brazil about the art of cmoic books, maybe he used as pieces for workshop for teach about how to draw comics. Maybe he teach no art school? Who knows!
I not a expert on teh use of those things. Anyway, you can sue this pieces as decoration, put in frame or something. Or just collect this things.
This is a original weird piece. Doesn look like old or vintage piece, because the acetate is in evry nice condition. Very nice condition.
